  We just took in trade one of Heartland Mallard's most popular floor plans, the 2021Mallard M312 which is not only a rear bunk floor plan, it's a rear bath as well! his RV weighs 7,012lbs which is perfect for just about any 1/2 ton pickup or SUV and It's only 36' long.

  The M312 floor plan has a walk around bed in the front with wardrobes on both sides of the bed, over head cabinets and underneath storage! It has a super slide on the off door side with a Tri-Fold sleeper sofa and the U-shaped booth dinette. They both convert into beds allowing you to sleep up to (8) people in this Heartland travel trailer. On the bedroom wall beside the slide it has a large pantry for food storage, bench and a coat rack!

Across from the super slide is a full kitchen with a (3) burner stove top with glass cover and oven, an overhead microwave oven and the double door refrigerator. Beside the kitchen is the entertainment center with a desk, cabinets and a fireplace below!

  In the rear, on the off door side is (2) double queen bunk beds and storage below. On the door side in the rear is the bathroom with a tub/shower combo, toilet, mirrored medicine cabinet, and a sink with underneath storage! It also has a second entry/exit door in the bathroom which is super convenient when hanging out outside under the awning! This Mallard M312 is a very nice bunkhouse travel trailer and has been taken great care of!
