    Introducing one of Jayco's best selling rear lounge 5th wheel floor plans! The brand new 2022 Jayco North Point 310RLTS! This coach is 36' long, weighs only 12,285lbs, and has ALL the new 2022 features! It has the Customer Value package, and the North Point Luxury package!! These packages contain a TON of very nice features!! We get a lot of calls from customers that are looking for a higher end, smaller 5th wheel that's easy to get in and out of state parks and this 5th wheel definitely fits that bill!
  
    This floor plan has a king bed slide in the master bedroom with a huge walk in front closet that's been prepped for a washer and dryer. It has a dresser at the foot of the bed and above that, a master bedroom TV. This floor plan also has a side aisle bathroom with an adult size shower, a porcelain foot flush toilet, a sink with underneath storage and a medicine cabinet.
  
    The 310RLTS has a huge living area because of the (2) opposing slides. The slide on the door side has the free standing dinette and the super cool Theater seats which face the TV perfectly! The slide on the off door side towards the front has a full galley (kitchen) with a the beautiful Modern Farmhouse style cabinets, the Chef's Edition Appliances with a (4) burner stove top, a full size oven, a 30" residential style convection microwave oven with an exhaust hood and an 21 cu ft residential style refrigerator, and all the appliances are stainless steel!
  
    Towards the rear of that slide is the entertainment center with a large LED TV, built in cabinets and below that is the electric fireplace! In the rear of the coach is a large Tri Fold hide-a-bed sleeper sofa allowing you to sleep up to (4) people in this 5th wheel. Again, it's a really nice 5th wheel and it has a ton of very nice options and features. Here's a list!
