  This is absolutely one of THE most popular fifth wheel floor plans out there by any manufacturer right now! In short, this is the newest of new and our prices will be less than the ones that have been sitting on dealer's lots for months and months!

  Redwood has added a ton of very nice features to the newest Redwoods such as REAL 2 1/2" thick solid surface countertops, a water manifold system in the pass-through, showers, backsplashes in the kitchens, and the list goes on and on!   The 3951MB floor plan is a (5) slide, front living floor plan with an ENORMOUS rear bathroom! Starting at the rear, you'll find a huge En Suite master bathroom with "His and Her" sinks, a 48" shower with a built-in fold-down Teak seat, a closet beside the porcelain toilet for clothes storage, and another closet that's been prepped for a washer and dryer! Mom's definitely going to love the privacy of this bathroom!

  Walking towards the front you'll walk through the master bedroom which has a King bed slide on the off door side with a large triple dresser at the foot of the bed with a 39" LED TV, and (2) wardrobes.

  The dining area is very spacious because of the (2) opposing slides. The slide on the off door side is the kitchen slide and has the real 2 1/2" solid surface countertops, marble backsplash, the upgraded Insignia Chef's Edition (4) burner cooktop with automatic oven, a 30" Insignia residential style convection microwave oven, an 18 cu ft residential style refrigerator and ALL the appliances are stainless steel!

  The slide on the door side has a free-standing dinette with (2) chairs. It has a peninsula countertop that extends from the front living area with a Farmhouse style sink and underneath storage.

  The front living area is second to none with two opposing Tri-Fold hide-a-bed sleeper sofas, and it has theater seats that face the entertainment center perfectly! The entertainment center has a 65" LED TV with a soundbar and below that, an electric fireplace.

  There are absolutely too many features to list on this fifth wheel, but here's a list of the additional options it has. The interior color is Midnight, it has the Stratus Farmhouse style cabinetry and the beautiful Ivory Sky custom paint. It also has the Redwood full-time living package, the Redwood Parks package, and the Residential Appliance package. There are a ton of features in each of these packages!
