  Hat's off the guys and gals at Redwood for listening to what the customers are asking for in a 5th wheel built for full timing! The front bath 5th wheel has always been a great selling floor plan for any manufacturer because of the room in the bathroom and privacy of the master bedroom. Having a rear or front "Den" is popular as well because of the amount of people you can seat at one time. And then you have the newest crave which is the "Luxury" kitchen 5th wheel.

    The entire RV is absolutely high end and beautiful! The cabinets are solid wood glazed residential, it has REAL solid surface counter tops, (even the backsplash!). From the entertainment center to the appliances, you'll be amazed at the quality these coaches have!

  The 4001LK floor plan has (4) slide outs. Again it is a rear kitchen, mid living floor plan with a 1/2 bathroom for your guests and a HUGE front bathroom! Starting at the front, you'll find a huge walk in front wardrobe for clothes storage, a closet that's been prepped for a washer and dryer, a large vanity with double sinks, an adult size one piece fiberglass shower and a porcelain foot flush toilet.

  The master bedroom has a King bed slide on the off door side with a large triple dresser at the foot of the bed with a 39" LED TV, and (2) wardrobes. Walking down the steps to the living area you'll find a really nice half bath with linen closet and medicine cabinet.

  The living area is very spacious in this coach because of the (2) opposing slides. The slide on the off door side is a Tri-Fold hide-a-bed sleeper sofa and adjacent from that the upgraded power theater seats which face the entertainment center with a 55" LED TV with sound bar and below that, an electric fireplace.

  The slide on the door side has a free standing dinette with chairs. In the rear of the coach is one of the nicest, well thought out kitchens you'll find in ANY RV built today! It has REAL 2 1/2" thick water fall solid surface counter tops, the upgraded Insignia (4) burner Chef's stove top, an over sized oven, a 30" residential style convection microwave oven and the residential style refrigerator with built in ice maker and all the appliances are stainless steel!

  It also has the "Linen" Farmhouse style cabinetry which are absolutely beautiful! It's a really nice floor plan and has a ton of options and features! There are absolutely too many features to list on this 5th wheel, but here's a list of the additional options it has. The interior color is Midnight, it has the Linen cabinets with the Sapphire Sky full body paint. It has both, the Redwood full time living package, Redwood Parks package, and the Residential Appliance package. There's a ton of features in each of these packages.

  It has the In-Command smart automation system, (6) point hydraulic auto leveling, the triple A/C package, generator prep, the residential refrigerator with built in ice maker, 8,000lb axles with "H" rated tires, dual pane frameless windows and heat pads for the tanks!
